About the Conference

This year's conference, "STEM Innovation...Leveraging Government, Business, and Education," will examine the key issues confronting education leaders at all levels. The conference will focus on the transition from policy to practice with panel discussions on Congress's legislative agenda, the Administration's education priorities, the implications of these issues to the various Federal Agencies with STEM Education programs, and how state and local education leaders can build on these policies and influence educational excellence in their own communities. The conference will conclude with attendees making visits to Capitol Hill to meet with Congressional delegates to discuss these key issues.

While in town, make plans to attend the Inaugural USA Science and Engineering Festival and Expo to be held on the National Mall on Saturday and Sunday October 23-24. Find out more information about the festival here.

For more information on this year's conference, including hotel room rates and the agenda, visit the conference registration page.
